Bike Week is packed full of fun!
Bike Week aims to turn Britain green by promoting ‘Everyday Cycling for Everyone’ at a range of events taking place nationwide this June. With a healthy selection of events happening in Scotland, it’s nice to see a few that break from the norm and offer something a little different such as the Cycle Cinema on the 19th and the Cycle Scavenge on the 26th in Glasgow. I also think the BBQ in Tentsmuir Forest could be good fun as it promises burgers and art in scenic setting.
The Bike Week team also asked a range of celebrities to design their dream bikes which, which gives you a small insight into their cycling styles and drawing capabilities and as you can see Lord Sugar has slightly different tastes to Wayne Hemmingway. My favourite is the design by Orla Keily but this could just be down to the illustration, although Dawn Porter’s drawing also has a nice charm about it.
